Tra cielo e Terra: anteprima

Ecco una breve anteprima della mostra che inaugurerà il prossimo sabato nel Castello dei Conti di Modica ad Alcamo.
La nuova mostra internazionale di Antichi Palazzi che per la prima volta sbarca in Siclia in una Location ricchissima di storia e di suggestione.

Tra "Cielo e Terra" è il titolo della mostra della serie "Antichi Palazzi"  organizzata dalla galleria Camaver Kunsthaus International in collaborazione con il Comune  e la Pro Loco di Alcamo.
La mostra  internazionale di arte contemporanea,  che si svolgerà nel bellissimo Castello dei Conti di Modica,  avrà come fili conduttori  due elementi che fortemente caratteristizzano la Sicilia come del resto anche tutto il nostro paese: Il cielo e la terra.
Fin dall'antichità la terra e il cielo hanno sempre esercitato  una grande suggestione sull'uomo, tanto da donar loro incarnazioni divine.
La Terra, sempre stata raffigurata come la madre, da cui scaturiva la vita  e che era nutrimento per l'uomo giacché l'accoglieva nel suo grembo.
Il Cielo, quasi sempre raffigurato come divinità maschile, onnipossente, capriccioso in grado di fertilizzare la terra con la pioggia e di ammonire l'uomo con le tempeste.
Ma il fulcro intorno al quale ruoterà tutta la mostra sarà proprio quell'elemento che si trova tra  cielo e terra: l'uomo.
L'uomo che poggia i suoi piedi  sul terreno traendone la propria sicurezza ma  proietta la sua mente verso il cielo e ciò che vi è oltre.
La mostra si presenta come un percorso che tocca sentimenti, emozioni, suggestioni, pensieri ed idee. Partendo dalla parte più interiore e profonda dell'uomo: la sua psicologia per poi espandersi attraverso forme e colori che solo gli artisti riescono ad esprimere. Così si arriva al cielo,  alle sue suggestioni simboliche ed esso diventa specchio delle emozioni umane: sereno, tempestoso o animato da figure magiche che ci conducono in un mondo  che va al di là della comprensione; in quella dimensione soprannatuale e divinamente spirituale, quasi fino alla esasperata ricerca  dell'essenza di cui sono fatti Dio e i sogni.
Ma tale materia è forse la terra, in cui è racchiuso il mistero della vita, nelle cui profondità sono
nascosti tesori che sono anche quelli che l'uomo può trovare attraverso l'introspezione  del proprio animo.
Appare quindi evidente come in questo processo introspettivo  e di trasmissione delle proprie emozioni, gli artisti prendano la natura come esempio o come strumento da deformare, e da trasfigurare attraverso l'uso del colore delle forme e delle linee per esprimere  se stessi o anche le inquietudini dell' uomo e della società.  Un processo complesso e affascinante  che coinvolgerà lo spettatore su diversi piani emotivi e intellettivi, e che ci condurrà attraverso un percorso a spirale  infinito in cui le suggestioni saranno molteplici. e sempre diverse.




Between the sky and the ground is the title of the next "Ancient Palace" great exhibition by Camaver Kunsthaus International Art Gallery in collaboration and  with the high free  sponsorship of Alcamo Municipality.
The contemporary art show will take place in the marvelous ancient Castle of Conti di Modica and its themes are the two elements which mainly distinguish Sicily as a part of our Country: the sky and the ground.
In the past, the earth has been always represented like a mother from which the life arises and the sky has been very often depicted like a masculine god which is able to fertilize the earth thanks to the rain and admonishing the mankind with thunders and storms.
Men have foots surely on the ground but their mind is projected toward the sky and beyond it.
The exhibition is an ideal course among sentiments, feelings and ideas;  it starts from the interior deep side of the human feeling and expands itself trought shapes, colors and suggestions which only artists are able to create. This way it is possible to arrive to the sky which is a sort of mirror of the human suggestions: serene or stormy, clear or dark, sometimes animated by magic or sopranatural figures which take us in a spiritual world.

On the contrary the earth contains and keeps the secret of the life but right there the deep and interior side of the human feeling can be found through the artistic expressions.
It appears now that what is between the sky and the ground is part of a circle and the exhibition involves onlookers in a fashinating and absorbing journey touching different universes: emotional and intellecual, fantastic and rational, in a whirl of always different suggestions and passions.
